Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa
Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh

Please join us this Friday for a special end of Month Chaupai Sahib and Simran Programme at RBN, Gurdwara Sahib Northampton from 7.30pm.

The Programme will begin with Rehrass Paht at 7.30pm and Chaupai Sahib will be recited with all of the congregation from 8pm.

What is Chaupai Sahib you ask?

Chaupai Sahib was written by our Tenth Master, Guru Gobind Singh Ji and is recited to gain spiritual safety and defend against external and internal enemies, worries and afflictions......

It is what we would call Very Powerful.....

Vaisakhi Celebrations 2013 - First Vaisakhi at New RBN Gurdwara Sahib Northampton

Happy  Vaisakhi

This weekend gone, saw the celebrations of the birth of the Khalsa in Northampton and the Sikh Community of RBN Gurdwara Sahib came together to recognise the amazing teachings of our tenth master, Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

Kicking off from Friday 12th April, the Akand Path began and Guru Ka Langer was served throughout the weekend.

Our very own Kamalpreet Kaur led an excellent Kids Workshop to teach our young Sikhs the history of our Faith and how our Khalsa Panth began.

Take a look at some of the amazing work our little kids did on the day.......

On Sunday, the congregation came together to change the Sikh Faith Flag on what turned out to be a very sunny and bright day!  Blessed by the Almighty we had a very good turnout for the day and many new visitors came to the new Sikh Temple in Northampton.  Both the Kirtan and Langar was excellent and we raised a good amount of money to help with the maintenance of the new Gurdwara Sahib........Take a look at this awesome pics;

Amazing celebrations......Happy Vaisakhi to all the Sangat of Northampton.....May God Bless you all.........

Project Cromwell Progress - 22nd Jan Maintenance Day

Another great day by local sewadars (volunteers) for Project Cromwell. New Guttering has been fitted to allow good flow of rain water and the car park and the general outside of the property is looking a lot more tidy.
We do need more volunteers to help us out and will be announcing a weekly maintenance workshop. We humbly request more volunteers to come down. We are also putting a photo library together of our progress so please enjoy below:
